York City Baths Club Notice of the date and time of the Annual General Meeting
York City Baths Club will hold its Annual General Meeting in the Function Room above the Sports Hall at The Mount School, York at 7.00pm on 29th February 2012.
The purpose of the Annual General Meeting is for the membership to hear the reports of the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and section Secretaries, accept the accounts, agree the membership fee and elect the President, Officers and Executive Committee members and appoint the independent examiner for the forth coming year, March 2012 to February 2013.
All nominations for the Executive Committee plus any other relevant matters for the Agenda of the AGM should be forwarded to the Honorary Secretary, Mrs. Paula Hodgson by Monday 13th February 2012. Address, 10 Alwyne Drive, Shipton Road, York YO30 5RS.

Role descriptions for the various Executive Committee posts were agreed as part of our SWIM21 submission and can be obtained via the Honorary Secretary.
The current Rules and Bylaws of York City Baths Club ratified in 2010 and agreed by the membership at Annual General Meeting held 23rd February 2011, shall be adhered to.

If you wish to stand for a position on the Executive Committee, you must have paid your Social Membership fee by 30th November 2011.
I attach a copy of Swim 21 job description of the roles which are up for nomination, which I hope you will find useful. These will be displayed on Notice Boards & Website.
NOTE: All nominations must have been received by the club secretary by midnight Monday 13th February 2012.
